中国银行股东批准在上海和香港两地配股

国银行股份有限公司(Bank of China Ltd., BACHY, 3988.HK)上周五表示，股东们已经批准公司在上海和香港两地实行规模为人民币600亿元的配股交易，由于去年放贷激增，中国银行计划通过配股交易来充实资本基础。

中国银行是去年中国新增放贷量最多的银行，该行表示，本次配股将按每10股配售不超过1.1股的比例向全体股东配售，A股和H股配股比例相同。
