伯南克籲中國等有大額外貿盈餘國家將貨幣升值

美國    聯儲局    主席伯南克    ，呼籲中國等有大額外貿盈餘的國家，容許本國貨幣匯率升值，鼓勵更多消費，並減少倚賴出口，以協助防範另一次環球金融危機；他又呼籲美國等持續有龐大貿易赤字的國家，縮減政府開支，增加儲蓄。
